Haijing Hao received her Ph.D. in Information Systems Management, Carnegie Mellon University (CMU), 2012. Her dissertation received The William W. Cooper Doctoral Dissertation Award at CMU, entitled, Social Influence on Information Technology Adoption and Sustained Use in Healthcare: A Hierarchical Bayesian Learning Method Analysis. Haijing was awarded the 2020 Grace Hopper Celebration (GHC) Faculty Scholarship. Dr. Hao is a steering committee member of Boston CHI, ACM, the secretary of SIG Health, AIS, and a board member of Cambridge Community Television (CCTV). She was also a visiting scholar at the Media Lab, MIT from 2018 to 2019.
