Harutoshi Matsutani 

Harutoshi Matsutani is the Dean of Graduate School, the Director of the International Center for Chinese Studies, and a professor of the Faculty of Economics at Aichi University of Japan. He was a fellow at Asia Center (2018-2019) and a visiting scholar at the Fairbank Center for Chinese Studies (2004-2005) at Harvard University. He is the co-author of the book The Last Lecture: Ezra Vogel on China and Japan (with Ezra F. Vogel, ARM Publishing House of Japan, 2021) and the editor of the book The Age of Uncertainty and Contemporary China (Nihon Hyoron-sha, 2022).
