Chunying Yue

Chunying Yue is an associate at Harvard University Asia Center, Faculty of Arts and Sciences, Harvard University from 2023-2024. She was a visiting fellow at the Shorenstein Center at Harvard Kennedy School from 2022-2023 and a China Public Policy Post-Doctoral Fellow at Ash Center in the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University from 2020-2022. Dr. Yue is a research associate at the Research Center for Contemporary China in the School of Government at Peking University. She obtained her Ph.D. in Political Science from Peking University in 2017. She is the chair of the Chinese Development and Governance Workshop. Her research interests include comparative politics and empirical methods of political science, particularly regarding social media and political participation in different polities.
