Kelzang T. Tashi
Kelzang T. Tashi is an Associate at Harvard University Asia Center, Faculty of Arts and Sciences, Harvard University. He obtained his PhD in Anthropology from the Australian National University in 2020 and has held research positions at the National University of Singapore, the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), and the University of Toronto. Dr Tashi is a Humboldt Postdoctoral Fellow at the Department of Anthropology, South Asia Institute, Heidelberg University. His research uses ethnographic methods to study the intersections of religion and society, health and healing, kinship and gender, and migration and the environment. His first book, World of worldly gods: The persistence and transformation of shamanic Bon in Buddhist Bhutan, was published by Oxford University Press in 2023.
