Richard Yarrow

Richard Yarrow is a Fellow at the Harvard University Asia Center. He researches economic development and policymaking in China and Southeast Asia, and science policy and international relations in East Asia. He has worked or been based at universities in Singapore, Japan, Thailand, Australia, and China, at the central bank of Cambodia, and at Harvard Kennedy School and the Harvard University Archives. His writing includes Thailand’s Economic Dilemmas in Post-Pandemic Asia (2022), and an upcoming edited volume on modern Chinese history.
